(AEA, SAG-AFTRA) - Born in Manhattan and raised in the Catskills, Sam has been back in New York since his graduation in 2008. Trained at Adelphi University and the London Dramatic Academy. New York credits include Summer & Smoke (at Theatre Row), Surface to Air (at the Symphony Space Theatre), Cake (at the Bleecker St. Theatre, with the Planet Connection Festival), How ALFO Learned to Love Women (at the Sanford Meisner Theatre), as well as several underground productions with the burgeoning Rapidfire Bootleg Theatre. Regional credits include Under Milk Wood, with the Electric Theatre, The Rimers of Eldrich, The Taming of the Shrew, Troilus and Cressida, Dog Sees God, Early Poe, and Alexander DeLarge in A Clockwork Orange. Samuel has also directed productions of The Birthday Party , Who’s Afraid of Virgina Woolf, and Chekhov’s short farce The Bear. He owes everything to his family.
